Returns & Refunds – AVOURA

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email us at avourasa@gmail.com with your order number.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
